I placed an order the communication was frustrating. I got the initial confirmation, and after that it was basically silence unless I chased them. I kept having to ask what was going on, and even then the replies were slow and so vague it felt like they hadn’t actually read what I wrote. The most annoying part was having to repeat the same questions over and over just to get a basic update. Maybe the clothes are decent, but the whole process was stressful enough that I wouldn’t order from them again.

Am I the only one this happens to? I ordered one thing and ended up getting a completely different size and color. It’s annoying because it’s not what I wanted at all.

Overall, the item looked similar to what was shown in the pictures, so I was happy about that. The main downside is that the fabric felt a bit thinner than I expected based on the description. It’s not a bad item by any means, but I do wish the details had been a little more accurate.
